I am a hardcore professional who comes with a Combination of Entrepreneurial / Business Management / Technical Research and development experience with expertise over 26 years and last 10 years as Technical advisor to companies Worldwide.

Have been very successful as a Technical Advisor to several companies of the Globe during the last 9 years mainly with OEMS worldwide. Further Strategic management policy implementation through technology development with a clear focus on the financials is my additional strength.

My specific strengths are mainly formulation design / process designs / original Equipment design and approval / Trouble shooting / manufacturing process controls and designing of the friction material for brakes /clutch applications area in the Auto/ Tractor and/Rail applications . Worked extensively in the TQM system implementation as a Team leader as per Japanese method for Deming award.
